Beta Software

This software is in beta. It may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, and incomplete features. It is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.

Autonomous AI Operations

AI models operate autonomously and may misinterpret instructions, perform unintended actions, modify or delete data, make API calls incurring costs, and chain operations in unanticipated ways. You are solely responsible for all AI-initiated actions.

Prompt Injection Risk

AI models are susceptible to prompt injection attacks. Malicious content in emails, documents, web pages, or third-party services may cause the AI to execute unintended operations or bypass safety measures. No technical solution can fully prevent this.

1. Beta Software

The Software is provided as beta software and is under active development. It may contain bugs, errors, design flaws, and security vulnerabilities. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The Software is not certified, audited, or approved for use in production environments, critical infrastructure, healthcare, financial systems, or any context where failure could result in harm, data loss, or legal liability.

2. License

i60 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business evaluation purposes. The Software is not open source. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works. This license may be revoked at any time.

3. Autonomous AI Operations

The Software uses AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, and others) that operate autonomously. When you provide instructions, AI models will plan and execute operations using connected tools and services without continuous human supervision of each step.

AI models may:

  • Misinterpret your instructions and perform unintended actions
  • Execute operations that modify, delete, or transmit your data
  • Make API calls to third-party services, incurring costs
  • Access and process sensitive information (emails, documents, files)
  • Chain multiple operations in ways you did not anticipate
  • Fail to recognize malicious content embedded in data they process

You are solely responsible for all actions the AI takes on your behalf, all costs incurred, and all consequences arising from AI-initiated operations.

4. Prompt Injection and Adversarial Content

AI models are susceptible to prompt injection attacks. Malicious content embedded in emails, documents, web pages, files, or third-party service responses may cause the AI to execute unintended operations, disclose sensitive information, bypass safety measures, or follow instructions from unauthorized sources.

Example attack vectors include: emails with hidden instructions, documents with adversarial text, web pages designed to manipulate AI behavior, and compromised MCP servers. While the Software includes mitigation measures, no technical solution can fully prevent prompt injection. Connecting to services that process untrusted content significantly increases this risk.

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Software requires API keys from third-party AI providers. These are your keys, billed to your accounts. API keys are stored in your operating system keychain. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your API keys. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of all third-party providers.

6. Data Handling

The Software operates locally on your machine. Conversations and settings are stored in a local database. Data is sent to AI providers and connected services as needed for operation. We do not collect telemetry, analytics, or personal data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided as-is and as-available without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, damages arising from AI-initiated operations, prompt injection, third-party service interactions, or API costs. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed zero dollars ($0.00).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless i60 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Software, operations performed by the AI on your behalf, or your violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

10. Termination and Governing Law

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time. Upon termination, cease all use and destroy all copies. Sections 7-9 survive termination. This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa.
